Kits
This kit contains the yarn + pattern needed to knit the Icelandic Alpine Sweater! The Alpine Sweater body and sleeves are worked bottom up and connected at the underarm to knit the color work yoke. Note that this wool is ‘rustic’ wool, but softens over time with use. Icelandic wool makes the perfect outer layer – tough, durable, and naturally temperature regulating. This is a knitting kit, NOT a completed product.

This sweater is written to have 5-6 inches of positive ease, meaning it will be 5-6 inches larger than your widest upper body circumference. The unisex sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (XXL) XXXL are designed to fit an upper body chest circumference of 31-33 (33-35) 35-37 (37-39) 39-43 (43-47) 47-51 inches.
The finished products knit in correct gauge measure:
